In Casa Magenta, natural wood and delicate tones form the backdrop to a selection of iconic furnishings, combining measured pairings with sudden touches of colour. Mobilia worked alongside Arch. Patrizia Rossi Mondini on the supply of the furniture, helping to define spaces that are essential, elegant and never lacking in personality.
In the living area, the Quilton sofa by HAY and the Utrecht armchair by Cassina define a space dedicated to relaxation. The soft, inviting shapes and muted tones of the Quilton meet the crisp lines and bold colour of the Utrecht. The contrast sets two different characters in dialogue, striking a balance between softness and rigour, discretion and personality.

The dining area features the iconic CH24 chairs by Carl Hansen & Søn, designed by Hans J. Wegner, lit by Flos Diabolo lamps designed by Achille Castiglioni. Opposite, a bench by Hübsch adds an informal note to the composition. The natural wood of the seating and the parquet floor plays against the matt surfaces of the walls and the clean lines of the white lighting, creating a minimal and elegant whole.

Within a predominantly soft palette, a few pieces introduce livelier notes. In the entrance hall, the USM Haller modular system, in a bold green, adds colour and character. In the children’s room, meanwhile, the Roly Poly chair by Faye Toogood for Driade stands out against the black-and-white wallpaper. Two different presences, united by recognisable shapes and a more playful approach to design.

In the bedroom, the wallpaper returns in a more delicate pattern, creating a discreet backdrop for the Noctis bed in a petrol-blue shade. The same colour reappears in the artwork above the headboard, linking furniture and art through a chromatic echo. Completing the scheme, the teak bedside tables by Ethnicraft bring in the warmth of natural wood, in continuity with the materials chosen for the rest of the home.
