The Panto Pop Armchair, designed by Verner Panton for Verpan, is a stackable chair conceived in 1965 and presented at the famous Visiona 2 exhibition in Cologne in 1970. Originally produced in limited quantities, it is now re-released in an updated version that retains the iconic character of the original design.
Made of lightweight and UV-resistant ASA plastic, the new Panto Pop has been improved with the addition of UV stabilizers and an integrated drainage hole at the base of the seat, which allows for better water drainage, increasing practicality and durability over time.
Its curved and enveloping lines, an authentic expression of the 1970s pop aesthetic, make it ideal for creating a lounge area both indoors and outdoors, adapting naturally to different seasons and contexts.
