The Panto Pop Armchair, designed by Verner Panton for Verpan, is a stackable chair conceived in 1965 and presented at the famous Visiona 2 exhibition in Cologne in 1970. Originally produced in limited quantities, it is now reissued in an updated version that maintains the iconic character of the original design.
Made of lightweight, UV-resistant ASA plastic, the new Panto Pop has been improved with the addition of UV stabilizers and an integrated drainage hole in the seat base, which allows for better water drainage, increasing practicality and durability.
Its curved and enveloping lines, an authentic expression of 1970s pop aesthetics, make it ideal for creating a lounge area both indoors and outdoors, adapting naturally to different seasons and contexts.
